reflection on 1st quarter english 11

In the first quarter of English 11 I have learned many things. Such as, how to make connections in the books that I read. I have also learned how to write compound sentences. We have wrote "showing" essays, that taught me how to become a stronger writer and to enjoy myself while doing it. I hope to learn much more in the coming corners.

In the book Kissing the Rain, Moo Nelson and I connect because I've also been picked on a few times and I know how it feels. Especially when you don't get along with anyone at school or where ever you go. I know how it is to feel alone. I've also seen many people picked on or teased and its really not funny or fun. Most of the time it just hurts other peoples feelings. I can also kinda connect to him when he goes on the bridge to be alone. Except I just walk to help my anger go away.
